Terms of use

Last updated: October 11, 2026

These terms govern the use of Serie Club (serie.club), a free, non-commercial website to discover and keep track of TV series. By using the website or creating an account, you accept them.

The service

Serie Club is free, with no ads and no paid plans.
Series information (titles, dates, synopses, images, platforms) comes from The Movie Database (TMDB) and may contain errors or change without notice.
Release alerts are sent with the greatest possible care, but we can't guarantee they will always arrive or arrive on time: they depend on TMDB, your browser's notification service and your email provider.
We may change, improve or stop offering features at any time.

Your account

Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your password and recovery code safe.
Your username and nickname must not be offensive, impersonate someone else or use other people's trademarks.
Abusive use is not allowed: mass account creation, automated requests, trying to access other people's accounts or harming the service.
Reviews are public. Insults, offensive content, other people's personal data, advertising, links, emails, phone numbers and unmarked spoilers are not allowed.
A confirmed email is required to write reviews. Each account can publish or edit up to 10 reviews a day.
Any member can report a review. If several people report it, it is hidden until we check it.
We may delete reviews that break these rules, stop an account from publishing more reviews (and block its email for that purpose) and temporarily pause new reviews.
If these rules are broken, we may suspend or delete the account.
You can delete your account any time from Profile → Delete my account; all its data is erased.

Intellectual property

The Serie Club name, logo, website design, texts and code are the work of Serie Club and are protected by copyright. All rights reserved.
Copying, reproducing, distributing or commercially exploiting the website, its design or its code, in whole or in part, without written permission is not allowed.
Series data and images belong to their respective owners and are shown through TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Streaming platform and network names are trademarks of their respective owners.

Your data

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy policy.

Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Serie Club is not liable for damages arising from errors in the information, alerts that don't arrive or service interruptions.

Changes

If these terms change, we will update this page and its date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law.
